Assessment & Development Centres
An assessment/development centre is a battery of specialised exercises that participants undergo in order to be evaluated for either recruitment or development. Through these exercises, individuals are evaluated in a multi-perspective way on behavioural patterns, key competencies required for success on the job, potential, and person-job fit. Structured to reflect the culture of your company in a professional and engaging way, Assessment Centres are a valid, standardised, and objective form of assessment. We are in a position to design one from scratch, with customised exercises and simulations, and either implement it for you or train you to run it yourselves.

Competency framework design

A competency framework adds structure to your organisational culture and defines all other HR practices and processes.
